Mandi is the Director of Leadership Development, where she supports formerly incarcerated women in building leadership skills and confidence grounded in lived experience. Her work focuses on mentorship, and helping people translate personal history into community leadership.
Shaped by her own experiences with incarceration as both a child and a mother, Mandi first shared her story through the Women’s Storybook Project and CBS Evening News. She remains committed to showing that reentry can be a pathway to stability, purpose, and leadership.
