Lead Organizers

Organizing in Texas is no small task. The distances are vast and the needs are urgent. But our Lead Organizers rise to meet those challenges. They create local community, host healing circles, and offer one-on-one peer check-ins. They connect people to critical resources and they nurture new leaders who turn lived experience into collective power.

We currently organize across seven regions of Texas. Our vision is to have a trusted Lead Organizer in every single one of the state’s 254 counties. It’s a bold goal, but our communities deserve consistent, support where they live and on their terms.
