Diane Thompson

Diane serves as Director of Member Relations, a role shaped by nearly 20 years of incarceration in Texas. Because she knows how isolating incarceration can be, she stays in close contact with members inside and makes sure their experiences are heard and taken seriously.

Proud of her Thai heritage and open about her own mental health challenges, Diane brings deep empathy to this work. She is committed to standing with people experiencing systemic harm and reminding members that their lives and stories matter.
