Diane serves as Director of Member Relations, a role shaped by nearly 20 years of incarceration in Texas. Because she knows how isolating incarceration can be, she stays in close correspondence with people still inside, documenting the conditions they face and making sure their experiences are seen, and taken seriously.
Proud of her Thai heritage and grounded in her lived experience with mental health challenges, Diane approaches this work with care and deep empathy. She does this work to stand with people navigating systemic harm, supporting connection, and the belief that their lives and stories matter.
