Amanda Cassidy-Trejo (she/her) is a passionate advocate working at the crossroads of substance use recovery and the criminal legal system. Drawing from both personal experience and professional expertise, she fights for systemic change and supports people impacted by the criminal legal system as they work toward rebuilding their lives. Amanda has dedicated herself to community organizing, legislative advocacy, and raising awareness about the challenges system-impacted individuals face.

She’s also deeply invested in strengthening organizations, working alongside nonprofits to improve strategic planning, community engagement, and program development. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Political Science with a focus on public policy, Amanda remains committed to creating lasting change, both for individuals seeking a fresh start and the organizations that serve them.
